Our commitment

We want this website to be usable by everyone. It is built to target WCAG 2.1 Level AA: semantic HTML, keyboard-navigable menus, visible focus states, descriptive alternative text on every image, sufficient colour contrast, and full support for reduced-motion preferences.

No overlay widgets

We deliberately do not use an accessibility overlay or plugin. Overlays frequently interfere with the assistive technology people already use. We fix accessibility issues in the code instead.

The property

Accessibility of the completed property is governed by the approved permit set and applicable code. The Tidepool Room is designed with level access from the pocket park and the public harborwalk. We will publish specific accessibility details for each suite and for the public spaces closer to opening.

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us through the contact form and describe the page and what happened. We treat accessibility reports as priority fixes.
